White Glove Delivery means our trained team delivers each item with care, unpacks, assembles (if needed), and places them exactly where you want it. We also remove the packaging debris once installment is complete.

Furniture receiving & inspection
All your shipment is received at our warehouse by the Warehouse Manager. Our team checks each item thoroughly for damage and verifies the contents against packing lists. We document the condition of each item and note any issues. If something arrives damaged or missing, we alert you immediately so you can take the necessary steps. Our inspection would never take longer than 24-48 hours from the time it arrives at our warehouse.
Inventory management, photo & notifications
Every piece that arrives is logged into our system and labeled and organized by project. You’ll receive notification emails for each delivery, typically including the item description, condition and photos of the item. You’ll have access to the portal where you can easily keep track of what has arrived and what’s still pending. With a clear, organized process, there’s no room for guesswork or misplaced items.


Secure, climate-controlled storage
With both short-term and long-term storage solutions, depending on your project timeline, items are kept safe in our warehouse until you need them. Our storage is climate-controlled and monitored 24/7 to ensure your pieces remain secure and in pristine condition under our care. We essentially serve as your own “interior design warehouse”, giving you space and time flexibility for staging your project.
White glove delivery & Installation
When it’s time for the big reveal, just give us the green light. We’ll coordinate a delivery date that works for you and your client, aligning with your project timeline. On installation day, our trained crew will deliver, assemble, and place each piece according to your floor plan or instructions – down to the last detail. We also come equipped with floor protection and handle every item with care, treating your client’s home as if it were our own. With the right tools and attention to detail, we make the install day seamless for you and your client.
