Should I tip my movers?  Tipping the movers is not expected, but it does show them that their efforts to perform an arduous task is appreciated. Our crews work very hard and try their best to complete every job.

Do you take deposits on moves? For long-distance moves, we require a 30% deposit. The majority of moving companies usually will require a deposit equivalent to 50% of the entire estimate. And for local moves , the deposit is equivalent to one hour’s rate.

Is there a cancellation fee for my move? The typical rule is that moves canceled more than 10 days before the move are subject to a full refund of your deposit.

Is there a fee to change my date? If you reschedule your move with less than 3 business days, notice you will be charged 50% of your deposit. The final adjusted balance will be due at the time of your rescheduled move.
